Where the time goes
Reading and typing in 200 requests by hand takes one person two to three working days (about 5–7 minutes each). TruckerAI reads the same 200 in about 30 minutes, and your team only checks and confirms. This is an estimate — during a pilot we measure it on your own requests.
What the desk gets
Your requests, read for you
B/L, container number and type, delivery address, date and time, customer reference — taken from the e-mail or attachment. Missing details are flagged before anything is sent.
Dispatch in a few clicks
Filter by date, terminal or area, select containers and assign them to the haulier you choose, at your agreed tariff. The haulier gets every detail, also as a PDF.
Your own network only
Jobs go only to the hauliers you work with; nothing is visible to other companies. Optional: a container none of your hauliers can take can be offered to other verified transport companies in Antwerp and Rotterdam.
One place for every move
The haulier confirms and marks pick-up, delivery and empty return. Messages, documents and the signed CMR stay on the order, for your whole team.
Invoices checked before they reach you
Each haulier invoice is compared with the tariff, the approved extra costs (waiting time, an extra stop) and the CMR. Differences show up front.
Your data stays yours
Lists, orders and invoice overviews download for your own systems. Hosted in the EU under the GDPR; a data processing agreement is signed before any real data is shared.

What this is not
